Right of withdrawal regarding the purchase of Membership
We refer to our current rules on the Right of Cancellation under our general membership terms and conditions chapter 12:

12. Right of withdrawal:

12.1When buying outside a store/remote sale [e.g. via the Internet or telephone), consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the Membership Agreement within 14 days after Skimore has fulfilled its obligation to provide information under the Right of Withdrawal Act, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 20.
12.2 If the Member uses the right of withdrawal after requesting the start of the service, he shall be responsible for the reasonable costs arising in connection with the use of the service, cf. Right of Cancellation Act § 26. This means that if the Member wishes to be sent and use the lift pass before the end of the cancellation period, he will have to pay for use according to the current price list.
12.3 When buying a lift pass and other goods in a physical store, the Member does not have any right of withdrawal, cf. the Right of Cancellation Act
§1. This also applies where the Membership Agreement has been entered into in a physical store at one of Skimore's facilities.
Right of withdrawal for Guest Pass Ski/Cycle
When buying outside a store/remote sale [e.g. via app, Internet or phone), consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after Skimore has fulfilled its obligation to provide information under the Right of Withdrawal Act, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 20.
When purchasing a Guest Pass and other goods in a physical store, the customer does not have any right of withdrawal, cf. Right of Cancellation Act § 1.
If the customer has used the Guest Pass (activated in the oscilloscope) within the cancellation period, the right to cancel ceases, cf. the Right of Cancellation Act § 26
We would like to point out that no refunds are given for Guest Passes/ Single trips in the event of unforeseen downtime, bad weather, power cuts, machine faults or other circumstances beyond our control (Force majure).
Exception regarding the right of cancellation when booking/renting a toboggan or climbing harness
There is no right of withdrawal on the booking of a climbing harness/time nor on the hire of a toboggan/time cf. Section 22 of the Right of Appeal Act, subsection 1 letter m)
Please note that no refunds are given for Guest Pass/Enkelt tour at ufunrulyset operating stoppages, bad weather, power cuts, machine failures or other conditions beyond our control (Force majure).
