Security conditions

When purchasing a ticket / booking in Skimore Oslo, you agree to have read, understood and accepted the safety rules that apply to the activities in the facility.

The customer is responsible for familiarizing the information about our age limits, requirements for physical health, etc.

All activities are done at your own risk.


SAFETY CONDITIONS

  • Everyone who is going to climb undertakes to follow the climbing park's safety rules in force at all times.

  • Everyone must have undergone safety training before participating in the activities in the climbing park.

  • Be sure to have understood what is being covered in the safety training, and ask if anything is unclear.

  • If you book for a group, you take responsibility for informing other group participants about self-declaration and the safety rules in Skimore Oslo.

  • Persons under the age of 18 must have the approval of a guardian to participate in activities.

  • As a parent or as a person over the age of 18, you give your child / brought child permission to carry out the activities in Skimore Oslo when booking.

  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult on blue trails. Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult on green trails.

  • The guardian is responsible for joining the children or making sure that another person over the age of 18 takes care of their own / brought children. You  cannot leave this responsibility to employees in Skimore Oslo.

  • Remember that height requirements always apply.


Safety equipment:

  • The harness must be tight at all times. If you remove the harness, or wonder whether it is fitted correctly, contact an instructor to check the harness.

  • When moving on the trails and obstacles, ALWAYS be secured.

  • NEVER take off your harness when you are on the climbing trail.

  • The safety equipment must be treated nicely - shell; there is safety equipment.


Activities:

  • Obstacles and activities have height and age requirements. Read the notice for each activity / obstacle before you start. 

  • Make sure there is no one else on the zipline before connecting the pulley. Do not touch the zip line when you are moving.

  • In the event of possible damage, near misses or faults and deficiencies in the system, contact the staff. 

  • Long hair should be put in a ponytail.

  • Access to the activities is not allowed for:

  • People under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.

  • Pregnant.

  • Maximum weight for climbers: 120kg.

Access to the activities is not recommended for:

People with back or neck problems.

  • People with disease that affects the heart / lungs, or who have other physical challenges.

  • 
You have no right to compensation from Skimore AS for injuries you inflict on yourself or others.


SECURITY BREACH
If the safety rules are broken, this can have serious consequences.

Use of the Climbing Park may involve risk which in the worst case may result in injury or death.

If you break our safety rules, you can be expelled from the activity without a refund of the ticket (s).


CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Skimore Oslo does not refund the money if a change or cancellation of a climbing booking or event is due to weather or conditions that make it unjustifiable to open the park.

Cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the booked climbing time, otherwise you will be charged. The booking is valid for the date they are booked, and it is not possible to change the date.

​

The booking is binding when paying for a climbing booking or event with a confirmed approved transaction. Keep the printout of the confirmation.

​

In the event of illness / injury that can be documented by a doctor, we reimburse the amount for the person in question.
